By applying for membership to the Woodchester Mansion Trust Limited you agree to support the aims and objectives of WMT (principally the preservation and restoration of the Mansion as far as practicable to its original condition at the time of its abandonment in 1873, and the provision of education and training facilities to stonemasons, architects and others concerned with Cotswold stone building and other traditional skills). You also undertake to observe and be bound by (i) WMT’s Memorandum and Articles of Association which include an obligation to contribute a one off payment of not more than £1 (one pound) to WMT’s assets, but only in the event of WMT being wound up and by (ii) the terms and conditions of membership set out above.
