Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets or Membership you are accepting the following Terms & Conditions and agreeing to be bound by them and to comply by all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Tickets are only valid for the date printed on the ticket.

2.  Printed tickets or tickets that can be validated from a mobile are required on arrival.

3. If you have not been able to print your ticket or are unable to present your ticket on your mobile device, please bring your booking reference, name and postcode so that we can validate your booking.

4. Tickets are non-refundable and not for resale.

5. If tickets are purchased on behalf of others, the purchaser accepts these Terms & Conditions which will apply to each person they book for.

6. For Open Day tickets, entrance is between 11am and 4pm however seasonal variations may apply so please check our website woodchestermansion.org.uk for latest details

7. For theatrical events, attendees should be present at the event to register or collect tickets at least 20 minutes in advance of event start times.

8. For Membership, entrance is as per item 6. Plus 1 Membership admits the Member plus 1 adult guest. Single Membership admits the Member only. Please bring your Membership card each time you visit.

9. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the open day/event is cancelled. Membership cannot be cancelled. All tickets will be offered subject to availability at the time of booking.

10. The venue’s management reserve the right of admission, even when tickets have been purchased.

11. Latecomers for theatrical events will only be admitted at the discretion of the venue’s management staff and at an appropriate interval.

12. The venue’s management accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises.

13. Unless otherwise indicated, all graphics, logos and commercial markings are registered Trademarks. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any Trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to or distribution of materials, without prior written consent.

14. Woodchester Mansion Trust (WMT) and the venue’s management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

15. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times inside the Mansion.
